This an article about Immigration and Nationality act this act is one of the main laws that have had control on immigrations in the U.S. It had been first Hurd about, around the 50s and this law has been made to show who is able to enter the country, and how immigrants can become citizens and deportation. Congress has changed very much and also updated this law a few times with these updates like new immigration issues.
Immigration and Nationality act has made such an important impact because it has been able to help organizing all the sections that for the U.S. immigration system to be able to be in one part through out the whole laws and not have fully different laws. They have added many things like rules, work visas and border security ect. The law has also have gaven access to government agencies like Immigration services to be able to have access to manage the cases of immigration also be able to enforce policies for immigrants. overall, immigration and Nationality act has helped show the way immigration works in the U.S. to this day.
