In the article Representative Gary G. miller has argued arizona laws have followed any existing federal laws on immigration and its meant to be able to help reduce illegal immigration, human smuggling and even drug trafficking. Representative Gary has express how he does not agress with the department of justice in sueing arizona because the law already has prohibited many laws that have been placed already.

In the article it also expresses how immigration has already has many issues in their political issues in the U.S. around this time. People that have been supporting Arizonas laws believe that the state should be able to have the right to help create immigration laws when the federal government has not been doing enough for them.
